1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site and our services.
2. Services
Everything Curvy provides mobile post-operative care services including lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, and body contouring. We are a non-medical service and do not offer medical diagnosis or treatment.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Our services are for cosmetic and recovery support only. Results vary by individual. You must consult with your surgeon before starting any post-operative therapy. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it unsafe for your current health status.
4. Booking & Cancellation
- Appointments must be confirmed via WhatsApp/payment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a fee.
- Failure to be present at the agreed location for a mobile service may result in forfeiture of the session.
5. Liability
Everything Curvy is not liable for any complications arising from surgery or pre-existing conditions. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
